At Gosh Nails (Pty) Ltd, we will always go the extra mile to ensure that our valuable clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our salon .

Deposit payment

We do require a 50% non-refundable deposit to be paid at no later than 12pm at least two days before your appointment to ensure that your appointment is secured . You are more than welcome to pay the full amount as well.

Your deposit payment will contribute towards the  total amount owed for the nail service received


Pedicure

Running Late?

Be Considerate

Gosh Nails has grown significantly this means we’re usually booked to capacity. If you are unable to make your appointment on time (without letting us know), we cannot guarantee that your requested nail service can be provided in the allocated time slot since we have clients in the next time slot. 
If you are more than 10 minutes late, we will be forced to cancel your appointment and keep your deposit. In the event that we are running we will inform you well in advance. Contact us for more information.

Cancellations

At Gosh Nails, we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of and we are aware that unforeseen circumstances does take place. If an unforeseen circumstance has taken places and you have to cancel or change your appointment, please inform us 24 hours prior to your appointment then your 50% deposit will be refunded to you by the end of the week. If you inform us less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, your 50% deposit will be kept. Want to find out more? Get in touch.
